Gyms and studios in Los Angeles have reopened!  Strict coronavirus protocols are being followed to ensure client's safety. 

In home or outdoor personal training is of course also available.  Most High Performance Team trainers can provide training in your home, your yard, perhaps a nearby park. Trainers can bring portable fitness equipment like suspension trainers, bands, light dumbbells and similar items.  You don't need a home gym to train with us but the more equipment you have, the better.


While personal training all team trainers will wear masks and practice frequent hand washing / sanitizing (we already did that) and use social distance as much as possible.  At home personal training (outside preferred if possible) will be continue to be available whether all gyms are open / available or not.

What is Virtual Personal Training?
A 30 or 60 minute session with Jason via FaceTime or Skype coaching you through your workout using whatever equipment you have available, even if you don’t have any!

Does it include a nutritional plan?
Yes. Any package of 6 or more virtual sessions includes a custom designed nutritional plan, just like an in person or online training client would get.

What happens if I have virtual sessions left when things go back to normal?
Stay on board as a virtual client or we can transfer the remaining credit to equal value in personal training sessions or other services whether in home or at the gym.

What can I do to help prevent the spread of coronavirus?

What can I do to stay healthy during the coronavirus outbreak?

We have exercise plans that you can follow if forced to self isolate. Keeping up your exercise routine and maintaining a healthful diet will support a healthy immune system.
